The GV Club Loyalty Program


Get Rewarded AT The Twisted Olive™ and Gervasi Vineyard™!

Loyalty Reward Members earn one point for each dollar spent at both The Twisted Olive™ and Gervasi Vineyard™ locations. Points and rewards accrue automatically, but you must present your card at the time of your visit. Simply present your Loyalty Rewards Card to a Twisted Olive™ staff member and we will take care of the rest. Rewards can be redeemed at any participating GV Destination venue on a future purchase. The GV Club Loyalty program is valid at both The Twisted Olive™ and Gervasi Vineyard™ locations.

Rewards:

  • For every 500 points achieved, earn a $10 reward on your card.
  • DOUBLE POINTS for ALL Monday - Thursday purchases.

Loyalty Rewards Enrollment:

  • Receive your Loyalty Rewards Card at your next visit to The Twisted Olive™ or Gervasi Vineyard™. The card cannot be used on the same day it is received as the next step must be fully completed before it is activated.
  • Register your card by going online to www5.myicard.net. Balance inquiries can also be found at this site by logging into your account.

Receive a $5 reward approximately 24 hours after registration is complete.

exclusions:

Loyalty Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for alcohol, tax, gratuity, gift card purchases, Villa stays, facility rental fees, any private event (including Twisted Olive, Bistro, Pavilion, Villa Grande Events, or The Crush House®), vineyard dinners, GV Special Events, any ticketed event including Cucina classes, food and beverage carts, and promotions property-wide are excluded from the rewards program.

Can I be a GV Club Member and not participate in The Loyalty Rewards Program?
Yes, The Loyalty Rewards Program is optional for GV Club Members but not required to still receive the other benefits.

What does it cost to join?
ZERO!

How do I take advantage of the discounted event tickets, special promotions, and other exclusive access benefits?
READ and follow our E-Newsletter announcements that will highlight these opportunities. Invitations, instructions, and discount access codes will be provided in these emails.

How do I sign up?
Simply complete the form below to sign up for The GV Club and start receiving the GV E-Newsletter and announcements with invitations to special events, promotions, etc. If you also want to participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you must receive a Rewards card ONSITE at your next visit to the Twisted Olive™ or Gervasi Vineyard™ and then go online to register your card.

How do I activate my Loyalty Rewards Card?
Visit www5.myicard.net and follow the account set up instructions where it says UPDATE PROFILE.

How can I check my card balance?
Log into your account at www5.myicard.net.

Can I get credit for my purchases the day I receive my Loyalty Rewards Card?
No, we can't swipe your card for a purchase until it is activated by you, HOWEVER, you will be automatically rewarded with a $5 reward for registering your card.

Do my points or rewards expire?
Rewards do not expire. Points expire after 1 year from issue date.

What happens if I lose my card?
A new card can be issued for future participation but points or reward balances cannot be reissued or replaced.

How do I get credit for my purchases?
Present your card at each eligible visit to the GV staff member assisting you and they will swipe your card into the system to register your points for that visit.

Can I get credit for a visit where I forgot my card?
Unfortunately, NO, points can only be credited AT the visit by swiping the card into the system.
